Need help with the game or Companion? Try the pairing checks below, then choose the product and platform in the single support form.

Pairing checklist

Keep the iPhone and the computer on the same Wi-Fi network.
Allow Local Network access when iOS asks. You can change it later in Settings.
Generate a fresh pairing code. Codes are single-use and expire after two minutes.
If the connection still fails, check that the computer firewall allows Drag Racing 3D.
